Not true you have not enough information, when i apeared in British Council for Speaking the examiner record my voice but he wrote the speaking band at the end on small paper. He wrote 5.5 , i saw it then concidered, he will give me 5.5 . Final result came , i actually got 5.5 so your information is truly wronge.
