test run for a 2 cycle reroute that grabs wedge island i points on cycle1

its a work in progress and may not save time. but if its close i think this strategy can still be improved. cycle 1 collects just under 60 i points so we save 2.3 from unlock notifications at the least. its heavy on crashes but it may still be worth it.
