I don't understand their language but I translated some comments and they were mentioning exploitation and fraud, one thing I want to mention here is that this is a bad atmosphere to put someone in and call it a job interview, they put the poor guy against 3 talking idiots which made the guy uncomfortable and it surely created a threat feeling for him, interviews should be 1 to 1 especially when you are interviewing a poor worker, the room should be quiet and if you notice that the poor guy is giving short answers like just yes and no, that means he's not comfortable and you should give him a break and calm him down.
Don't play the poor candidate's future
