I had similar issue with my z125 pro's gasket as well during disassembly of the old exhaust. It was already crushed. Ended up replacing the gasket with a brand new one along with a brand new O2 sensor from the Kawi folks. Both under warranty. Nice install video STG!!
It seems you missed the part of the instructions that says the copper grease is actually for the O2 sensor threads, to keep it from seizing up. That is the most common issues that folks have with these muffler systems.

We did this one a while ago. Pretty sure we mention it in the video at some point. You will save a couple of lbs with this system. Due to the small size of the system the weight savings is not as large as a full sized system. - Van
No, the bike runs fine with the full system installed and zero changes to the mapping. We have been riding the Z like this without encountering any problems. - Van
when are you guys gonna have the Zero gravity BMW S1000RR 15-16 Double bubble windscreen available? cause i only interested in the light smoke and it out of stock

We have not installed a fuel controller on our Z125 and it runs fine IMO. I would install the system and ride the bike to see if you are happy with the way it runs. If you dig it then leave it alone. If you want to try a get a little more performance out of it then go with a fuel controller. - Van
@@jiaoneal Anything will run lean and shorten motor life when you and an after market exhaust but not a fuel to air controller. But like he said. Its up to you if you care to.

Sorry we do not have an exhaust gasket available for this. That said we have not had a customer report not being able to reuse this gasket. - Van

I have not added a tuner to this bike yet. That said I have not installed the air intake, only the exhaust. What model air intake has been installed?
chimera air intake I have them on the way but will wait to install it tuning is needed I haven't been able to find much information.
