All properties rate hype in last 2 year ,better not to invest now and wait for correction .this builders creating all hype that you will loose opportunity 😂
These brokers actually have fooled the short term investors and when they are unable to find any potential buyers to buy such hyped properties so asking them to hold the property.
@surya4976 and @vivekanand2541, We appreciate you sharing your thoughts! 🙌 Firstly, there’s no such thing as a “short-term investment” in real estate-that’s something we consistently emphasize in our videos. Real estate is a long-term asset, and patience often rewards investors. Secondly, if our intention was to “fool” anyone, why would we make a video urging you to hold your investment instead of blindly promoting sales? Our aim is to educate and guide based on market trends, not to create hype. Remember, every property’s value depends on location, demand, and timing. While there’s no denying the market has seen a surge recently, smart investing means recognizing when to hold and when to act. We’re here to help you make informed decisions-whether it’s to buy, hold, or wait. Thanks for being part of this discussion! 😊
Sir, I laugh when you mentioned that existing unit holders are the luckiest ones. I would say you can join the club and become the luckiest person on Earth, as the builder still has inventory available in all sizes. My views are solely about the Aristocrat project because I believe the plot location is poor, the project is overly dense with 100 flats per acre, and they’ve exploited buyers by charging exorbitantly under the guise of ultra luxury. They have simply capitalized on their brand value. Yet, you are continue to support it.
@vivekanand2541, Haha, joining the “luckiest person on Earth” club sounds tempting, but I think I’ll stick to making videos for now! 😂 You’ve got valid points-location, density, and pricing are always subjective. We share insights to spark discussions, not blindly support projects. Thanks for keeping the debate lively-maybe the builder’s taking notes too! 😉
