@@kenchiken749 um, true damage is a kind of damage that ignore defense/damage reduction skill/passive, like ex if there is 1000 normal damage given to the target, it gain damage reduction from the target defense/skill/passive so in the end there is just maybe 600 damage to the target, but if it is 1000 true damage hitting the target, the damage in the end still 1000, regardless the enemy defense or passive
@@kenchiken749 If he gets passive sealed, then he gets CC. Passive seal isn't a controling effect, so he takes it, and if that happens, his passive immune CC don't work.
