There's a reason why PowerPoint has Power in its name, it's literally the best presentation software you can get (for free even if you're fine with a bit of sailing the seven seas)
I think unless the presentation itself is flawless, animations are more likely to draw ire than praise. I remember being told very early in college that no one worth impressing is impressed by animations in powerpoint.

It's been a while since I last enjoyed a cultivation novel,but if I had to say which cultivation novel I enjoyed the most,out of all the ones that I have read throughout my life, it has got to be Transcending the Nine Heavens. That novel got so many laughs and tears out of me it's honestly impressive. I vaguely remember excitedly waiting everyday on qidian for new chapters to be updated so that I could read them,something that is quite rare for me to do nowadays,especially for as long as I did with Transcending the Nine Heavens. I don't know if it is because I was new to the genre back then or purely because I was young and inexperienced in regards to reading in general but since then no other cultivation novel has gotten close to the level of emotional turbulence that that story made me go through. Transcending the Nine Heavens can be said to have made a considerable contribution for fostering my love for reading novels in particular. I am very glad that I found it in that newbie reader period of my life and I recommend it to anyone who hasn't read it already. By the way,the first cultivation novel and probably even the first novel I've ever read in my life was Tales of Demons and Gods.
