Thank you for sharing your approach to prepare for a Trail Ride. I am in the process of looking for a used trailer or reasonable new. Here in Peru I can have one made. Prices here are much different than in the States. Of course the quality and details are quite different. I need one that I can haul one horse over rough terrain. So it needs to be stable to cross mountain roads of mostly gravel and rocks.
@@lr5425 yes! My new "old" trailer is still a work in itself. I replaced the bearings and it's rolling down the road good but one hub is still getting warmer than it should. I won't haul horses with it until I trust it completely! I spent too much time broke down on the side of the road as a young man! Not doing that anymore!
Very informative awesome video!
@@TheFarmonRoute66 thank you!

Carry a bottle of molasses with you in your trailer and pour some in a bucket of water and they will drink and hydrate.
@@buckleyscooter thank you!
Dave, do you ever make it north to SE Wyoming and/or the Laramie Range? If you ever do and want a riding partner, let me know.
@@chalkrockranch my son goes to school in Laramie! I would love to do some rides up there before winter!
@@DaveHoffmancowboyhiker I'm in Wheatland. I know lots of places between Laramie and Wheatland, or west of Laramie.
