    It ends up looking like a ceramic tile, just beautiful. Love to see these mixed media techniques used on cards.

    These are stunning! I can’t wait to give it a try! Maybe I’m off base here but the card is so beautiful I don’t think I would put the vellum piece on it. It’s small at that. Maybe mounted on a larger paper with the sentiment on the bottom. It’s just too gorgeous to cover up.

      Thanks! And you are not off base at all with not wanting to cover it up. I think your idea would be lovely!

    WOW WOW WOW! That is an absolutely amazing technique! It does not seem to goop up the stamp, which is what I was wondering about. I am hoping to try this tomorrow.❤

    Thanks for reminding me about this technique. Used to do this with an old griddle, the brown non-stick mat and UTE. Yours turned out beautiful!

    @Juliana Michaels • Juliana: you did am excellent job explaining the techniques and why you used the products you did. Frankly, I like the multiple embossed look so much that I would have stopped short of the vellum and just framed the piece. 😉😊

    • @JulianaMichaels
      @JulianaMichaels  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you could totally leave that off. I just love lots of layers and textures, so I had to add something and vellum seemed the best choice! Thanks for watching!

    Many embossing powders are translucent. This technique looks amazing in a metallic embossing powder.
