I have constructed a new house and am planning for exterior paint now. In the monsoon I have seen some seepages through walls even after plastering.
May I know should I go for Dr fixit or ultima.
Please provide your valuable suggestion with either one of them not being politically correct😁

My house Exterior repainting work is ongoing now. Wall cleaning and Birla putty of two coat is applied. Now I'm confused for paint selection. I came thru Asian paints Apex Ultima Protek Duralife and Apex ultima protek Lamino. Shall Iv to use both ? How to use it and how is it beneficial ?

Hi...I have done asian paints wall putty and then my dealer said to use asian ultima protek base coat . Is this base coat better than other primer? Do I need to use exterior primer before applying ultima protek top coat?

Hi, White Cement was used as an Primer long back. Now use can use either Asian Paints complete System or Dr. Fixit depending on your requirement. Thanks.

AP Ultima Protek Duralife Base Coat = Primer?

For Protek, you will have to apply Protek base coat and Protek top coat for better results as recommended by the company.
On Damp sheath you can apply Ace, Apex or Ultima.

Hi, No need of Waterproofing Primer. Ultima Protek Base coat itself has waterproofing Properties.
