She left Flyleaf to focus on her family & raising her kids & then later slowly started back up again after some time off & started releasing solo music here & there. And everyone knows she left Flyleaf but not everyone knows she started coming back again with solo stuff & just because they haven't heard about that yet doesn't make them stupid or bad fans, it just means they haven't heard about it yet. So there's literally NO reason whatsoever to talk down to him & shaking your head at his comment makes 0 sense whatsoever. He's not dumb for not knowing she's making solo music now & you're not a genius for knowing it. @UMatter2Viaa :3 that wasn't random it's a very good question. Sameer and Jared have been updating their twitter very often and said they finished building their studio not too long ago and that they'd be recording sometime in Fall or early next year. They're still Flyleaf lol.
@frediscute17 I know that... I own a copy of Music as a Weapon. I was just taking a guess. "Have We Lost" and "Again" are also very old too they were played live way before they had been recorded.
I suppose her hand movements are just a habbit she has whenever she sings. And they're working on a new album. It wont be out till next year. "Have we lost", "Justice and Mercy", and "Again" should be in their new ablum so I guess you can say those are their lastest songs.
It's harder to sing without an audience, because there's no energy. That's why she has her eyes closed; I do it all the time. It's a way to move without bopping around like crazy, which feels stupid without an audience.

Her voice sounds really soft and beautiful, however she kinda sounds a bit off-pitch in a few bits of this performance. Which is weird because her studio performances show an incredible control of her pitch, So i know she can do better.
I believe that these songs are really personal a deep for her, from experience singing my own songs , it saddens you in some way but it’s also just a different emotion with music

She has a solo album released last 2016, it's called "Life Screams". Btw, she released a new song this year which is named "The Decree".
