Trini Oil Down and Pepper Pigtail

It was a rainy day, and everyone felt for some hot oil down. We paired the oil down with pigtails sautéed with onions, hot peppers, and fresh seasoning.

Yes i got hard dasheen bush in Valpark. Twice. But the other day it was good. They usually have fresh produce but sometimes it happens. The other thing thats spoilt is Ramsaran milk. Be careful.

Love your vids,but you're not suppose to stir it,just pack the pot, ground provisions from bottom then your meats then dasheen bush,tumeric mix with milk , seasoning and cover and let cook until the thick sauce appears....😊
