This instructional video is misleading as there is no steering column shown here between the pedals? Not sure why? The steering column makes it very difficult to access the top or 4th clutch pedal assembly nut. The clutch lever assembly cannot be moved onto its side as shown in the video. In fact the filter can be removed with the pedal lever in place. See Mr Auto Fixer. It is still a nasty job in a R/H drive manual vehicle. In an auto it is a breeze if you can cope being a contortionist.
You have to remove the lower dash trim too (like he has already done) if you want to follow these instructions.
How on earth do you get a tool into the space to remove the 3 (or 4) clutch pedal screws?
As soon as you release the pipes, clutch fluid drips out, no wonder a garage would cost the earth to do this, nice one Renault 🤬
