10 years ago I died and came back….I had a long 2 year recovery process and listened to this song on repeat in depressive cycles and would cry until I no longer could…now when I hear this song I hold the children I now have and dance…they heard me sing this song in womb and I feel they have a special attachment to it now as I do

My dad showed me this song when I was a young and immature kid, I immediately fell in love with it but I never knew the name of it. I had to leave him for 7 years due to personal issues between him and my mom. I searched this song for 7 years, longing to hear the melody again, I missed it and my dad. When he finally came back and played this song whilst driving through the mellow sunset, it brung me back to a chapter of life I missed.

One of best friends was diagnosed with cancer in May 2023 and sadly we lost him july 29th. He was 45 years young and left his mark on anyone who ever met him. I just want to thank you for this song and all your music. It really got me through these last few years...the pandemic and being a self employed massage therapist with a dependent...then a second cancer diagnosis. I got to see you at frost amphitheater in Palo alto and I cried during this song. It was my fighting song during treatments. It reminded me to keep running, keep fighting. I found out twi days after this concert that my immunotherapy is working and there is no evidence of disease atm. So much inspiration to keep going in your music. Thank you 💙🩵💙🩵💙

11 Summers ago when this song had just come out I was sitting on the end of the pier with my pet lizard listening to this song. A shark jumped up and took my lizard and my left toe in one fast swoop. Every time I hear this song it reminds me of that day. I don't miss my lizard but I sure miss my toe.

I've been listening to Stick Figure for over three years now... a really good friend introduced me to it! It's become my go to music for whatever I'm doing as it just makes me feel good, the louder the better. The lyrics are amazing and nothing short of inspirational. My parents have high expectations for me like getting A’s and B’s. Going to college and getting a really good degree… But all I want in this world is to pursue my love and passion for playing drums, especially in a reggae band. Or just work at a Surf shop, teach kids how to surf or play drums, become a lifeguard or something. But my parents think I’ll be on the streets if I do that stuff and it really can get me mad sometimes and when that happens I always just listen to some Stick Figure and it calms me down and takes all my problems away from my mind.
