I wonder if some of these abandoned babies, are NOT abandoned at all, but the mother went into the forest to collect wild foods, and fell into the many ravines and down mountain sides. I have watched many videos, and many fruits are high up in trees.
I know people fall from climbing trees that should not climb.
I know because when I was ten I fell from a tree and damaged the growth plate in my hip. it caused me much pain until 2018 when a doctor said I needed hip replacement.
Because the damage was allowed to go untreated, I had other falls before surgery, and success had its limits due to infections. There were 7 operations and even part of the thigh bone had to be replaced after it rotted. My leg is saved but I will always use a wheelchair to get around.
Seeing the mountainous terrain, and fast flowing rivers, and sides of mountains on which trails barely exist,
i wonder how many missing mothers are actually dead. Or kidnapped... so perhaps
only the ones with notes attached should be considered abandoned.
