The actress who plays Lady Featherington is so underrated! She did a phenomenal job this season. A good display of smart business sense, vulnerability, insecurity and a tough but doting mother.
And I nearly didn't recognise and thought until the 2nd question it was the other Featherington sister 🤭 she looks great without the wig and stuff and did a great job
That scene where she kicked Jack Featherington's bum at his own party; she literally went from mother hen protecting her girls, to panic withdrawn from the false braveness she was putting on, to hostess with the mostest ALL within a matter of two seconds.. THAT was impressive!!

She is good in most everything she does. I've been following her since Rome which was almost 20 years ago.
She’s great. Her eyes did all acting… so emotional
Simone and Johnny are so comfortable with each other and it shows from their body languages to the closeness as they sit together

@koiun dwrru well, she is supposed to be the "pretty" one so no doubt they found Charita with those big eyes and adorable face. Next to her Simone looks plain, which is the whole point. We have all come to love her because of the character.

It feels so surreal to see them be the female leads in such a huge show, and to watch the world fall in love with south asian women. It's like a part of my inner child is finally healed.

@@susivarga7303 its weird to me in several ways. yes, the reality is that cishet men are generally gross towards women or femme people but are we not allowed and should we not welcome that kind of platonic intimacy bt friends regardless of their sexuality ? like gender and sexuality is way more nuanced. and i don’t mean to allude he is ashamed. rather, it just feels overused and misguided to use one’s sexuality as justification for that bond between friends.

Everyone brought their A-game for this season but upon many rewatches, Charity’s was truly the diamond of the season for me. She embodied her character perfectly, from a proper genteel young lady constantly looking for approval, to an emotionally scathing betrayed woman who had her heartbroken by two of the people she loved the most. She was captivating and I need to see her in more. I hope we might get to see her with the Prince!!
