Nice sculpt. Though, have you considered using a dark wash as well as a glossy varnish to improve the furs appearance. You could use the varnish or a uv resin to ad a shine to the eyes.

These sculptures are great but I think you should do multiple thin coats of paint. Thinner coats mean smooth finishes. You could also take some inspiration from miniature painters, they tend to give good inspiration insight on painting miniatures/ sculptures. But all in all you did a great job.
I also noticed how these sculptures look more stylized (smaller heads and longer limbs and a thin complexion) than other Sonic sculptures I saw. I think it's because Dr Garuda tends to create realistic or human creations. Not saying it's a mistake but I found it curious how you can see the style
