It's impressive how uninformed the news (across the spectrum) can be. I'm an FAA certified drone pilot and #1 Faa approval for a job requires specific safety and location information so they will know that a drone or specific number of drones in a specific area is supposed to be there if they have to request authorization. Not to mention the requirements for remote ID which tells them the GPS location of both the drone and operator. #2 The US capitol is not in New Jersey so flight restrictions in New Jersey will have no effect on the white house. #3 any major event, including football games or inauguration, has a TFR or temporary flight restriction over the area of that event. They are also used when any politicians are flying into a state. There is going to be a TFR over the Whitehouse during inauguration and the FAA ABSOLUTELY has the ability to track which drones are commercially or governmentally supposed to be in a specific airspace. To be honest, half the politicians that have been pulled into these news stations have no understanding of how airspace works so it's not super surprising that news casters won't comprehend it either. It is good to see that the FAA (the only government body with regulation power over us airspace, is finally being brought into the conversation. Hopefully this is a step forward in figuring out what's going on and not a step forward in over surveillance and restrictions on rights.
Well, that is exactly what it has been. Lawmakers are already spewing out the typical fear rhetoric in order to enact new legislation to curb your rights and to place new restrictions on drones.
While I agree with you that most of our elected representatives are clueless about drones or regulations -- you neglected to mention that most recreational drones are not following the regulations -- the same way that criminals don't care what gun laws or restrictions are in place. ("No guns allowed" -- yeah - those signs really work.) And while it's true the FAA can regulate the airspace, or shut it down as you mention, there's no magic forcefield to keep the airspace clear. Lastly -- the FAA likely (and it would seem obviously) isn't in charge when it comes to military operations. The top brass at the Pentagon isn't going to call and ask the FAA for permission if they want to do something they deem necessary.

Solid white lights on the rear of the wings plus 1 flasing white light underneath and a red flashing light on the rear of left wing. At least 8 to 10 feet distance between the lights on the wings, low flying, wasn't loud but you could hear noise coming from it. Not picked up by flight radar but other planes at the time were. As an avid drone flyer, I really hope this isn’t just some individuals trying to scare people, as it could negatively impact the entire drone flying community. If it’s something more serious, the government’s delay in resolving the issue reflects a significant failure to the American people.
I commented something on another post a few days ago. This most recent update has me in a "called it" vibe because I posited that if (IF) it was some kind of government conspiracy, the goal was to turn people (more) against the recreational drone user and Sec 44809 pilots in order for the FAA to justify a flip in their stated aims and eventually require *all* drones (regardless of weight) to be registered and carry remote ID, and *all* pilots to be Part 107. It's almost as if the FAA, the media, or any domestic (US) manufacturers are taking any steps to combat the demonization of recreational pilots - and (especially) of DJI.
@@vikingshark2634 You might be onto something there. The way things are unfolding, it does seem plausible that there’s a larger agenda at play. Whether intentional or not, these delays and shifting narratives could easily feed into the idea of forcing more restrictive regulations on recreational flyers. I really hope it’s not deliberate, but the lack of transparency and action from the FAA isn’t doing much to put those fears to rest.
That's my concern as well because our government has a history of imposing restrictions on everyone for the actions of a few. @UnFrancesAplatanao i respectfully disagree. I just believe it's a foreign military being allowed to watch us because Biden administration is bought and paid for
Really? So why are these “drones” only flying at night? Why do they have anti collision lights on? 99% of drones should be registered with the FAA because the exceed the minimum weight allowance. So in your infinite wisdom of which I doubt you have much of, then why hasn’t the FAA or any government agency said who/what these drones are and who is flying them? Seems ridiculous that almost a month in and they have no clue? If these drones were no big deal then why are they not seen during the day? As a professional drone pilot and sometimes hobbyist, unless I was on an official paid assignment I wouldn’t be necessarily flying my drone at night but at the same time I know that if the FAA had a problem with it they would be able to track me down with the Remote ID that ALL drones MUST have to be in compliance. So, with the exception of Washington DC and all the restricted locations licensed pilots know to stay away from, don’t restrict law abiding pilots from flying drones. This is how it starts - advocate for the restriction of one freedom then more follow.
Because most drone companies test there equipment at night. They are required to meet FAA guidelines. There are thousands of drones in the sky. There is an interview by a CEO of a drone company that explains this and more. Look it up.

If it's happening here it's everywhere!! We need answers now! Ita bothered me ever since!
So... seven days to flatten the curve? Legitimate drone pilots will never get those rights back. EVERY one of those drones are supposed to be remote-id compliant, essentially putting a digital license plate on each one. The feds FORCED that into place and drone pilots had to adapt to be in compliance (ie spend more money) -- How asinine would it be if people were told they weren't allowed to drive because there might be drug dealers or terrorists on the roads? So what happens next? The people will now look up and say "Oh, it's either law enforcement, search and rescue, fire safety, federal, NASA, some specifically-permitted commercial application, or a criminal" -- Great. What exactly has this solved?
Tha gubament needs ta step up ,every drone that goes up needs ta be tracked with a call sign and the person must carry a cellphone on them so the FAA can call them if needed. @@UnFrancesAplatanaolol and we already have people thinking it’s the second coming of Christ & angels 🤦♀️ we are SO screwed
@@sumbunniii8721 jahahaha yeaah ! those orbs just won a tons of believers and religious interprétation....
@UnFrancesAplatanao i respectfully disagree. I just believe it's a foreign military being allowed to watch us because Biden administration is bought and paid for
Has anyone told the Aliens of these restrictions?
Those that give up freedom's for safety deserve neither 😮
Somebody better inform the extraterrestrials that their drones will be shot down until January 17th
Interesting how people depends on the government to tell them what they are looking at.
Look it up.
@ then there should be no need for it to be a big deal if it were just known. If it’s that easy an explanation why hasn’t it been announced?
@@editoralex1 You are all caught up in the hysteria and going down some rabbit hole. If the majority of them are military drones and developed by one of Musk's 13 Government contracts, they are located near or on military bases, they are most likely testing them new technology. You are on a need to know bases.
@ ok dude whatever. No rabbit hole. People just want to know what’s going on to go on with their lives.
@editoralex1 The military rarely let's the public know when they are testing new technology. They announce it when they are ready to. Earlier this year they announced that they have new planes that are faster than the old commercial Concorde airplanes. They are supersonic planes. They recently announced that they have supersonic missles that can intercept war heads and those with potential nukes on them. The Stelth Bomber was built and tested in Nevada. They flew them over our cities and others without notifying the public until they were ready too. Why would you want to let your advisories know what you are up too? Therefore, the public is on a need to know bases.
We have existing air defense systems that while their operational capabilities are classified, it is known that they’re more than capable of neutralizing anything from a larger UAV like a Predator to exponentially smaller drones that operate in swarms and everything in between.
Sure seems weird to stop the restriction right before Trump gets into office, seems like there maybe wont be a Trump admin due to martial law?
Coup
There’s a volume issue on this video. It’s way too low. Had to crank up the volume compared to the dozens of other videos I’ve watched today
No issues here…
Does it go live tonight?
Great reporting
How will they shoot down those drones if it's not a human technology? Even the F-22 cant shoot it without being with it's all eletronics systems going crazy
Government overreach.
Normal, insan dronlarını diğerlerinden ayırd etmek için anlamlı.Eğer Usa halkı hazır olsaydı,istilaya uğradık derlerdi.İnsan dronlarıyla plazma dronlar ve plazma küreler çok farklı oluşumlar,.
Ok my last comment was harsh, so how big was it? Any noise? I assume from the other reply it had lights ?
I know why it took so long in restricting airspace…idiocy!
Interesting the FACT that 47 said not going to NJ HOME because of the drones AND NOW the area is restricted!
Not to mention we buy em from China, plus they're being spotted above at least 17 air bases.
Why wouldn’t they continue until after the inauguration??
That's the first thing that came to my mind. 🤔
Beast system being tested
Why is there no video of drones close by or perhaps even directly overhead? Are they all flying over strictly unpopulated areas? I have not seen that.
The drones are watching the orbs
"Hey man, the teleprompters are down, can you just like vamp for five minutes while we reboot the box? Here's a single sentence for you to work off of."
Even out here in easter Oregon
Yes I've seen it here on the coast as well as orb lights
They're in Missouri and Arkansas. Media won't acknowledge anyone but NJ and nearby states.
Discount recreational drones.
I don't know any "recreational" drone pilot who has "small vehicle sized" recreational drones.
This is either Government, business or MIC (military industrial complex) R&D (research and development).
Finally!!! Some action!
Not us, not the enemy, but they're friendly??? Doesn't leave much left to choose from does it?
I work overnights…I’m in KCMO…. Isaiah formation of five drones last night
I'm in SE Kansas. What is Isaiah formation? I haven't heard this terminology before.
Thank you!
@ I meant I SAW …AUTOCORRECT PUT ISAIAH. sorry for confusion
@MeikoOCampo Thank you! Haven't seen any down here. It is fascinating, but I can't help wondering what the deep state is up to now...
This is screaming, psyops, psyops, psyops.
Maybe they're not drones maybe they're UFOs
Maybe it’s maybeline
Drones are the American Military. They are watching the orbs.
They are unidentified flying objects.
Some of them are ET, but most military. The proper introduction to the ETs won’t happen till a couple of years from now, but before 2030
@LydiaStarz yep UFOs
Why just until the 17th??? How about the 25Th?????
That's how you can tell it's a set up when they have specifics like that.
I had one fly directly over in Maine on Dec 14th at 620pm!! It was about the height of two large trees had a green light on one side and a red light on the other about size of an SUV and made a constant buzzing sound I kept my eyes on it as it flew overhead I saw it shortly before it went over me and after it passed me I watched it make a long right turn for as long as I could!
This is laughable...because after they keep flying then what, are they gonna start threatening them with sky tickets?
I call BS
Tha gubament needs ta step up ,every drone that goes up needs ta be tracked with a call sign and the person must carry a cellphone on them so the FAA can call them if needed. Every one needs ta be lisc and insured cuz what if that drone cauze a plane crash or falls on freeway or road causing car accidents 🎉🎉
Get readyy

We already did that on Nov 5.
You would think these news stations would actually send out a camera crew to get footage, instead of relying on people to send in smart phone video
you all realize that one day in the future there will be hundreds of thousands of drones in the sky at any given time. Its the future.
No, it's not. That's science fiction.
Could just be stores using drones to deliver Christmas presents, which would explain the uptick in December, right before Christmas.
Apparently "they" have gotten all the data they want.
The drones that are okay should have a special color light on them . !!
Why don't you knock off the conspiracies and just give us the news
Like I said, if the FAA, gets in the way of our military protecting the people, as well as military bases and infrastructure, then the FAA, should be dismantled, common sense, tell's us, what's happening, is not good at all.
Who but Amazon is working on automated drone home delivery?
I thought ofI that! It is a very busy time for Amazon, so why not use drone delivery to stir things up, then put their drones on sale!
It's about time!!!
Too late
I hear New Jersey but what about here in Florida and other states that are now it’s spreading to across the United States are they gonna have a ban also? Because it’s not just New Jersey now it’s everywhere.
Why would they lifted it right before? Something not right man
Probably because they are Elon Musk's drones. It's a huge possibility.
@@ej12349 explain...
Is the situation room closed for business???
I had to keep wiping my screen this guy is spitting all over it.
Thanks for relaying the government message and drive more fear for government control..
I guess NJ has caused too much noise and started demanding answers. Of course they will listen because they are the ones doing it. How dumb do they think we are🤷
Im flying my drone now
This could be nefarious
I think there should be a temporary ban on using all drones..even Amazon añd other companies using them as a delivery service.
The only groups of people that can legally use them right now should be military/ fire dept./ police !
Why do i feel this is something nefarious against Trump
Anything within my fenceing
is Fair game!
Far as i'am concerned
= Aloha ☑
Pulling drones restrictions just before the enogeration makes no sense. President would be fair game make it after the swearing in or have the ceremony indoors
They're not only over New Jersey. Wright Patterson Air Force Base closed down because of it.
All I learned from this was tomorrow’s excuses for what the Government will say they are now!!
Disclosure brings truth!!
ALL THE BEST!!
J.R.V
I have photos of one just like all these with the same lights over Massachusetts and also seen other ones different shape
Ha the aliens aren't going to follow the instructions
Why bother with restrictions now over a month in? How dumb
I don't believe they're weeding it out. I think they'll pin it on someone. Like Elon's brother. Why just NJ? I call BS. They are shady as hell!!!
It's about time.
we do have drones in unrestrict place here in Va and MD. large ones and yes they have all ready been near the white house. get past it's all about NJ
so does this mean whatever they see in the night sky won't be drones? 😱
expires on Jan,17 ,2025 what about Jan 20 , 2025?
