Robin, thank you for describing your Kundalini getting blocked and veering from the heart center. This is exactly what occurred with me last year and at the time I was unaware that this was called Kundalini .. I now have a better understanding and have been patient , yet have recently become more open to the release to continue through the heart , throat and crown. Today while listening to another channeler my third eye began to pulsate. I am grateful and have indicated to the Universe I am ready when it’s in my highest timeline.. If anything on this journey I’m learning to open to all possibilities and allow the organic process w/o expectations

Channeling is not a good idea. There are tramp souls roaming the aether looking for bodies to inhabit. To advance spiritually join a religious organization or a meditation group that advises focusing the mind in meditation, not letting the mind go blank. That is the way to advance spiritually towards God. If information comes about future events it is not what is important; the relationship with the Supreme God is what is important; knowing what His will is and aligning with it.

So the lesson is to get such a trauma and tried to get rid of the trauma and get another one to learn how to traffic thru traumas after traumas?

I still don't see the point of focusing so much on yourself, on your fricking enlighten while our planet needs help urgently and so do millions of people that are at starving, being brutally abused and killed.
