    20년 전에 수영 배울 때는 이런 유투브가 없어서 매번 물어보기도 그렇고.. 자세히 가르켜 주시는 선생님들도 없고 알아야 물어보는데 모르니까 물어볼 수가 없는 거죠... 너무 도움이 되었습니다. 감사합니다.

    몇 년째 매일 수영을 합니다. 가장 많이 한 자유형이 저는 제일 어려워요. 롤링 타이밍 그리고 어깨를 턱 아래 위치로 으쓱~등의 생각치 못한 영상들을 보면서 다시 힘을 내고 있습니다.
    댓글 같은거..처음 달아봅니다. 눈으로 보는것도 그리고 설명도 이해하기 좋습니다.
    좋은 길잡이가 생겼네요. 정말 고맙습니다.

    처음엔 차이점을 몰랐는데, 설명듣고 나중에 보니 두가지가 확연히 차이나네요! 골반 돌리는 타이밍에 대해선 어디서도 배워본적 없었어요. 아,.이제 자유형 좀 나아질것 같은 예감이에요. 정말 감사합니다.♡

      근데 이게 엄청 어려운게
      팔꺽기 최고점에서 반대팔이 물을 잡기시작해야 저타이임이 나오는데 그게 넘 어려움
      그리고 앤트리 들어가면서 어깨를 밀어버려 롤링이 빨리되는경우가 너무많음
      그렇게 되면 본인도 모르게 앤트리 축이 틀어져 버림 ㅜㅜ
      저 타이밍 힘듬 ㅜㅜ
      노력중임

    디테일한 포인트 쏙 짚어주시네요. 힘들면 그냥 막 돌리기 바쁜데 팔이 밖으로 빠지면 롤링의미가 없었네요. 잘 봤습니다.

    잘 못 된 동작이 바로 제가 하는 동작입니다. 호흡하느라고 정신이 없어서요. 역시 장훈 쌤의 명강의를 들어야 된다니까요. 감사합니다. 신경 써서 고쳐 봐야 겠어요. 추석 때 고향 잘 다녀 오셨지요?

    아이들이 스윔팀인데 연습때 팀아이들이 많아서 코치가 한명씩 폼을 다 교정을 못해주는게 아쉬워서 고칠게 제눈에 보이면 유툽을 찾아 보여준답니다. 수영으로 대학갈 실력은 아니지만 이왕 하는 운동 제대로 시키고 싶은 맘에 열심히 봅니다 ㅎㅎ
    여러가지 영상들을 많이 봤는데 이영상이 아주 알기쉽게 천천히 비교해주며 자세를 보여줘서 너무 좋내요! 감사해요~

    롤링을 하는 이유를 다시 생각하게 되었어요
    전진시 물의 저항을 줄이는 쪽으로 생각했었는데
    물잡고 힘전달 쪽으로 생각하니
    마지막에 골반을 돌려주는게 효울적이네요

    오오 짧지만 정말 강렬하고 큰 도움 되는 영상이었습니다. 잘못된 롤링이 딱 지금 제가 하고 있는 롤링이에요. 몸앞에서 최대한 붙잡고 마지막에 쫙~~ 밀어보겠습니다. 요새 접영도 기다렸다가 마지막에 빵~ 하고 돌려야 팔이 휙 돌아가고 출수도 잘되고 쭉쭉 나가는 느낌이 들었는데 자유형도 마지막에 쫙 밀면서 롤링을 하는게 비슷해보이네요ㅎㅎ

    잘못된 자세는 호흡할때인데 잘된 자세는 무호흡이라, 잘된 자세도 호흡하면서로 보여주었으면 더 이해가 쉬웠을거 같네요.

      맞아요 호흡없이 연습때는 되다가 호흡하면서 자세가 엉망이 되는경우가 대부분이니까요

    이번꺼 따라하기 가장 어렵네요. 오른쪽 하고나면 왼쪽은 몸이 고장나는 느낌 ㅜㅜ

    장훈쌤님 춘천에서도 하시는거 다른 유튜버분이 올렸던거 본거같아서 확인하려고 아무리 찾아봐도 없는데요
    제가 착각한걸까요?
    쌤한테 개인레슨 받고싶은데 상암까지는 너무 멀어서
    춘천이라면 기꺼이 갈 수 있는데요..
    제가 잘못 본 걸까요?..
