my dad was paralyzed 3 years ago. His entire left side was paralyzed and now his walking is good but the hand didn't show good progress. He still feels it very difficult to move his fingers properly and he also feels his hand becoming very tight quite a few times. Will the neuroplasticity or acupuncture work now? Keep moving the hand and legs regularly. Be active. If you keep it stable for long time you will create DVT. You can move with support of good land. Search for clasp hand actives. It will help.
