If the indication is provided I mean to say drug can be used in pregnant patients also maternal exposure event should be taken? Ex loratadine given but no improvement condition of the patient is serious. Events only LOE or maternal exposure, & LOE,

Hi veena..in the example you provided we code only one event which is maternal exposure during pregnancy. we code LOE as event only if it's clearly reported by the reporter. I have created a seperate video on LOE you can check that out from the link below...Thanx for the question. All the best..
