I´m shocked: There is no need to destroy a tree like shown in 5:17 That´s totally inconsiderated. Two rules for Van Zyls: 1.) if not needed in emergency case or to save life: Go around. 2.) if necessary: Don´t destroy environment Every disturbance of this track destroys life
Unless you decided to leave out showing the worst sections of the said pass or you mixed it up by mistake with a less ardious pass, I would say this is NOT VanZyls pass. If you doubt it, compare the route to other youtube clips. We did this pass 8 years earlier. By the way, your running through unspoiled regions is disgusting and deplorable.
Sure you did mate. But doing it in a MAN like that is some seriously good truck driving. That section around 6:30 to 7:min in like steeper than 1:5 gradient and not a smooth surface
