Going over Eminem lyrics technically like this is just insane. He rhymes unrhymable words and the syllables are just insane. The way he constructs his verses are so ridiculous. Em heard something in 50 that made him say "fuck it I don't care he's blacklisted I want him to have a record deal". And then him and Dre took him on despite all the Murder Inc. shit that 50 was bringing along with him. That's why 50 is a ride or die for Em to this day. He gave him a deal when no one wanted to touch him. And in turn gave him everything he has today. Makes this song and everything he says about Em so much harder with that context.
That's true but 50 also said the Em also helped him making songs better. He respects Em even more for not telling him it's good when it isn't. And in 50's book Em is the best rapper ever. So beside being friends and getting help from he also gives him respect for his skills. And that is hard for 50 to say because every rapper whants to be the best.
