    I began a similar process in 2019. I wanted to work less and earn more money. I began with that premiss. That is the place from where I started. It didn't even take one month!!! The things that began to happen BLEW MY MIND. 5 years later my life is unrecognizable to even me. Sometimes when I share with people my journey they say "oh, that sounds like a lot of work." Are you kidding me? I spend about 30-60 minutes every morning and maybe 15 at night in the space of mediation, visualization, prayer and gratitude. The gifts that began to flow to me blew my skeptical mind. Put aside your doubt and step into the process he so beautifully laid out. 90 days? It took me about 5 and the craziest opportunities came my way and I so far exceeded my goals. The universe is UNlimited to those who know how to tap into the right energy.

    Popping in to say I am on Day 73 of this challenge. I have taken it seriously, an absolutely solo journey because most people have given up on me ever doing anything noteworthy. Nobody even reads these comments, as far as I can tell. Even people who are trying to encourage and cheer me on radiate doubt, afraid I will crash and burn or something, run off to Scotland like I almost did in January and absolutely still might do.
    When you have been the same way for a long time, it scares people to see you change. But I recognize my own road. Finally, no one needs me. I am free. I am working on the second draft of Two Raven Way, a novel. It is coming along well in spite of my physical challenges. So now I will always be able to tell people, even people who have been ill or "stuck" for many years, that there is a way out, and it is to go in. Thanks Quasi for helping to coalesce a lot of knowledge I already had, and issuing a literal challenge at a moment when I needed one. I'll check back in a time or two along the way. ❤️

      Day 85! I feel like a locomotive chuffing into the station. 😅 Nothing stands in my way. I am encountering some tiny internal resistance, similar to at the beginning (like walking through treacle ) but it's something I observe without getting sidetracked. Friends and family are surprised and wary, watching to see if the change lasts or if it's a manic episode. It's not. This transformation started in January of 2023, but I didn't talk about it until maybe March of this year. I'm not feeling or acting manic, plus I take a giant damn pill that keeps my bipolar in check without curbing my creativity, which is rare, and one of the things I am grateful for daily.
      I work on my novel - second draft is coming along nicely - or related things (building a social media following, designing a web page, writing promotional teasers, using AI to illustrate all of the above, etc) almost every day, at least for a little while, and sometimes up to 8 or 10 hours, which is impressive for a rickety 67 who was too ill to work for 30+ years.

    • in this 90 days I learn a lot things I but I want to be real that my real change come from day 80 from that I stop to see mindless vides and I start to take consistent action towards my goals
    • image you have 48 dollar in one day and you lost 2 dollar per hour use those hours for your benefit.
    this strategy add a sense of urgency in yourself.

    2. I am not “becoming” anything. I already am. I identify with my future self now in the present.

    I completely agree with you on the visualization. One of the things I treasure the most about training myself when I was a young teenager well into my 30s, is lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming will award you with a manifestation power that is completely incomprehensible. However, if you fail to keep a higher vibration, it will be your downfall. There are great measures of responsibility when you achieve a higher sense of being... I appreciate your videos because they remind me of who I am, not what the world wants me to be.
    I’m just a shaman that fell off the wagon. You remind me of who I was when I was in my 20s and 30s.

      @@BalanzzZ - Ludic dreaming is much like meditating while in REM sleep. Its the act of recognizing you are dreaming, and remaining in control of your dreams. Changing and bending the dream to your will. Very easy to teach yourself different aspects of life, while in this state, and to also gain knowledge from the either.

      IE: You are in a dangerous situation in your dream, and you want to wake up. While being trained in lucid dreaming, you have the tools to wake yourself up to end the dream,. or morph it to better suit your desires.
      This can be achieved with meditation and repetition. Usually it is an action or word that can be the trigger to leave/change. I practiced a few methods via meditation.
      -->
      One is a pinch, that you can actually train yourself to do while you are sleeping. This is a high-level effort, so you may want to start small, for better results.
      Meditate on a single word, a safe-word if you will, and constantly reenforce this through and through. I started with the word banana, as it was odd, and rarely would dream of it. It takes practice, and hard work, but you can eventually learn this first level.

      @@QuaziJohirhey thank you for your videos I love them. And it really inspire me. And I am sure this is something I am passionate about. My question is how am I supposed to reconcile things I want for fulfillment may be right for me in my journey but those I love may see some ideas wrong.
      Example love language is physical touch and things I enjoy or curious intimately feel like the real authentic self, and outside world says this is too lustful, shame, or guilt. I don’t want to feel shame or guilt, I would love to feel appreciated and oneness with my partner whether it’s intimate, dancing, or music or creating art. Kama sutra style, prana, manna, chi.
      I am a veteran and feel someway like uncle iroh, I wish to draw wisdom from many sources and learn skills that 5-10 years from now I have “my ideal self living the life full of love, harmony and coaching to heal past trauma”. Soldiers do things and humility is the antidote that I feel as myself.

    • I was super close to my goals today. This is like it is a river and I was standing in the river and it was flowing through me. Now the more into this river I get the more I will achieve my goals. So so grateful.
    • I also learned about cultures and how other people behave and how I should treat everyone even if they don’t care… I have understood how I should act or react when I am this person who has achieved his goals.
    • Today I also started to enjoy the journey and becoming more excited and enjoying the journey. I am really happy with enjoying every step I am taking and this will help me be persistent with my efforts into my goals.

    I’m totally in this zone already and your video just confirms I am on the right track! I recently experimented at work and before leaving the house I decided who I wanted to be at work, how I wanted to be seen and treated and who that person is then carried myself is if I am already more respected, loved, appreciated and heard and I had such an awesome day at work I have done this every morning before I leave for work! I believe I’m on 10 days of this now and so enjoying what the small effort equates to!

    The process of visualization in the evening is easier for me, as I am able to see my goal and I feel very positive. The ideal self, I am finding a bit more challenging. But I'm excited for the next 90 days, and the process of creating a new self and a new world!

    This is inspiring-I'm jumping on a 90 day challenge bandwagon. I visualised amazing things before, so I know it's possible and can be almost effortless at times (or at least feels like universe is giving you a hand - when you follow your flow) but I slip back into the old self that isn't doing me any favours. I'm ready to change that.

    Day 1- This is the start of my 90 day confirmation journal.
    3 Biggest wins I had…..
    •I watched this video and printed out the guide. I feel as though this process will be very life changing for me! Thank you Quazi and those who helped make this video!
    •I went to the grocery store and got good food that will nourish me and support the strong and healthy person I am becoming.
    •I quit a program that was not in alignment with who I am becoming and had been stressing me out, I feel so much lighter not having that hanging over my head. It actually frees me up to be better at what it was sopposed to be helping me do…..

    •I watched my baby start to crawl towards something for the first time this evening which was amazing! And then it was followed by him seemingly crawling backwards from where he was trying to go. I thought it was a really good insight for most everything and to just learn to trust the process….it feels like I’m at the beginning of a lot of things right now and even seemingly going backwards but…..it’s all movement!

    Day 1 - I have started this process - it took me over 10 days to get clear and even not I feel the vision is still clarifying. but I created. a vision board to support me every morning and every night - looking at it connecting to the feelings in each. I am keeping track of my process. so far the visions are not easy to see they are there but not clear. I hope in time this will get stronger. Thanks Quazi for this gift.

      Anxiety is living in the future. Keep reminding yourself to return to the present. In the present there is no future. There is just the now. Once you’ve mastered that then create your future without the anxiety. You may need to start with visualizing sitting on beach with may represent freedom. ❤

    I have only watched 5 of your videos and it has helped me tremendously. I share your beliefs but more than anything I respect the way you present and organize your thoughts. I needed this and I have already shared it with many of my friends. I was a motorcyclist for 47 years. I had a spinal injury it 2017. I was in a wheelchair for 14 months. I was written off and classified as disabled. I lost everything, my home, my wife, my motorcycles, everything. I was homeless for 2 years. I used visualization to overcome. I saw myself differently... I visualized myself walking, working, riding again. I sold my 1994 1100 Sport Moto Guzzi to a shop in 2017 and it's still there. Now it is being serviced and upgraded and I am visualizing the day that I go and buy it back. Baby steps have brought me this far, now I am ready to run. Your videos reinforce what I was already practicing, but unaware of. Now my FOCUS is amplified. Thanks for the organizational re-enforcement.

    Day 5
    Lots of small synchronicities and moments today. I noticed that my environment mental and physical affects my mood and mental state quite strongly. Since it was a little gloomy outside today and I had a tough morning I felt I had a lot of stuck energy and less momentum.
    When attempting the vision of Tenma in my spirit it was a little challenging and I experienced a lot of blocks like my body was resisting. It's not worth fighting the resistance so I may have to stay with that until it resolves.
    I meditated and took some rest today and met a friend late at night. I also realized something's while connecting with my friends perspective and he wanted to hangout again which felt good socially.
    I also realized today the four areas I wanted to improve was creativity/inspiration, decondition traumas, career progress, and social advancement.
    Another key thing I realized today is how much of my mind and life is dominated by fear. Limited beliefs form out of the fear but the fear seems physiological and slows down time however my awake awareness is either quick enough or bright enough to dissolve the fear pre- meditatively which has happened before but previously was only in post-meditative states, concentration states, or after a peak experience.
    That's quite surprising since now the direct dropping or resolving of fear is happening on multiple levels of mind and body.
    I've also realized I might have been efforting too much in the visualization and want to emphasize the effortless aspect.
    It might take more time for visualization to click an auto-drive however in your guided you mention prompts and pointers about effortlessness.
    I have a tendency to over exert or over effort.
    However it may take a little bit of experience.
    Another insight today is the big shift I saw when watching Frank Yang Video on do nothing meditation and direct experience meditation.
    I realized do nothing can actually bring forth extremely high levels of concentration ironically in various actions and activities. The energy starts to resolve on its own and relax and recharge the body. It also can feel physical since tensions arise and ssiolve on its own or require concentration to penetrate and see through.
    When watching his videos I noticed how much tension I'm holding physically and some of that dropped away.
    While this seems at odds with visualization or manifestation it somehow helped me visualize better.
    The visualization takes place in the vast panoramic spacious awareness and has no real limits borders boundaries.
    I still want to stick with the visualization instead of switching gears because I have a tendency to switch gears when I get stuck. Value in flexibility in shifting states, gears, or methods but will realize franks guide .
    1 gear there is just the effort to visualize until it clicks and self-directs or auto direvrs. However after it clicks I feel I can drop and let go of the effort to control the visualization or the feeling. Just let go and be effortless from the state of being that ideal self in mind.
    On another gear or mode of experience though is just pure primordial emptiness or the do nothing meditation. What evers happening in direct experience right now that's coming up and just letting it all go.
    Adyashanti says what the universe will manifest will be a lot more interesting then anything you want to manifest.
    While I totally understand the dzogchen, Zen, direct experience, and teachers points like Adyashanti, Frank Yang, Kenneth folk.
    Folks like Rupert spira are interesting because of awareness of awareness and infinite consciousness POV which might still have a subtle ground of conditioning but I would have to check with Rupert directly to see his direct experience.
    Point being it feels like my mind is working on 2 gears simultaneously but my emphasis right now is the visualization.
    Im also noticing the moments where everything is just effortless and even sometimes the ground of being drops away in the flow of experience.
    Without making it too complicated noticing the patterns without getting lost in the ideals, spiritual highs, fantasies, or peak experiences and engaging from the point of the visualization.
    I do have the intention to manifest how Tenma and even ideal Self TV characters respond to situations.
    From the other POV of do nothing, dozgchen it just feels like the universe is letting go of the deadweight and the blocks. As well as helping self-piloting. I do check-in with this periodically using a related approach but this happens more automatically is what I'm noticing. Some part conscious like when doing self-inquiry or pointing out what's happening in direct experience but another just automatically (Like Unfoldments).
    Very interesting both visualization manifesting.

      Amazing, I wanna offer a little insight for u. Looking for the results in your physical reality is good to do as a beginner to gain some momentum and confidence but I wanna let u know that if you're still looking for the results of your visualizations you're not going in all the way. The fact that you're looking for the results already affirms to the universe you don't believe u have it, therefore you'll keep seeing small synchronicities your whole life and never get your true end goal. This happens to most ppl and not many ppl understand this

    • I was very goal oriented and I finished off a task that was once started.
    • I was very focused on what I wanted and what not and I focused on what is important and takes me closer to my goal.
    • I stopped wasting my energy to talk or get around with people who are not what I want to become and stay away from those energies so that I avoid wasting my time.

    • Doing and finishing a task is very easy… the hardest part is where one should just start at once.
    • Keeping distractions away helps with solve almost 50% or more of the problem.
    • Listen from everyone and become wiser and knowledgeable and when needed you know what others did wrong and failed and what you can do to become better than others and also see what people who you don’t want to become are doing and don’t do that… do exactly opposite or different or wiser than those people.

    Day 1: I was primed for this after a long talk with my astonishing daughter who is doing a much more difficult challenge. She has always pushed herself hard, accomplished much, and now does coaching on the side. Chronic pain holds me back from a lot of what I would like to enjoy and accomplish. It has for 35 years but I'm done letting it get in my way. This morning I pushed past the pain, finally going to the launderette after a month. It took hours, and afterward I was tempted to call it a day. But I turn the TV on here is Quazi with a challenge, and I believe him when he says it will work - yet most people won't do it. I have used these techniques since the 1970s with great success, but sporadically, because I never understood it as fully as Quazi explains it. So I commit. Even though I am tired and hurting, I will meditate, work a little while, and do the visualizations at beddy-bye time.

      In your day to day, look for little pain free moments and celebrate them. Even if it's just a tiny spot at the tip of your fingers, or a soft spot in your belly.     I started a 90 day challenge today and literally visualised this. Got on TH-cam and this was the first video being recommended. wouldn't be more glad. Day 1 got the tools i need for my 90 day journey.

    I agree with Quazi 100% Visualization is the main component of manifesting . I visualized my Ideal Partner 2yrs ago now we are living Happy together . I wrote down Her values and qualities and it was almost exact copy cat of her.
    She came from snowy country while I live in tropical summer environment, it was magical when it all came true by persistent visualization .

    Day one: I have been struggling with visualizing. After your video it was so precise and encouraging to know I just needed 15 secs or a glimpse or it will come to me. I fell into a light slumber and guess what. I heard music like classical music or a harp. I wasn't sleep it felt but I was headed to sleep. I felt at peace and happiness 😊. I believe I was with the creator or in the heavenlys ❤❤❤❤

    3 Biggest wins I had
    • Confirmation that I am on the right track and if all this wouldn’t have happened I wouldn’t have done anything that I am doing now to become the best version of myself.
    • Literally message to go ahead from Universe itself.
    • Taking action and can see things moving and shifting in the way I want them.
    3 Biggest Takeaways
    • Staying true to myself and my feelings and goals.
    • Not let distractions distract me from my path.
    • If something doesn’t serve me… I should let it go and consciously make sure to move ahead towards my goal and never look behind.
    I heard this line that says “I don’t read my books backwards…and I don’t like the experience the past again because why to experience something twice when you can move forward and grow… there are so many different things to do rather than moving back and forth. I should keep going forward and never look back.“ It really opened my eyes.

    •today I become more aware then my previous days about our reality

    2) my rose color, glasses of happiness can be put on via self-discipline… Happiness and contentment and personal peace are ours to fight for and can be your reward for your hard work done for you

    Day #40: Listened to a great interview today discussing the balancing energies of spiritual development. The manifesting energy needing also grounding, the opposite of limitlessness. Going to be adding getting my bare feet on the ground during the day and bringing high spiritual with the deep coupled with the inspired action. Inspired!! 🙌🏽

    Day 34:
    3 biggest wins:
    •in the journey of becoming ideal self I always fall back to my old self today I find why that is happening for me
    When any thought, doubt comes to my mind I always try to resist them I say to myself-“my ideal self don't think like that” then i suppress those thoughts or feelings instead of just fully accept them
    •i just learn that my focus is my key
    So from today I only focus on what is wanted isted of what I don't want
    •life always give you challenges that is not challenges that is opportunity to become successful
    Biggest takeaways:
    •don't resist anything just accept that for now
    •where your focus goas that things always grows

    •i feel being better in every day in every way by 1%

    1. Slept for long today as yesterday was a very busy day and I was very much tired 😴
    2. Revised Entire syllabus for Tomorrow's Exam. Tomorrow is my LAST FINAL EXAM. I put in everything I could
    3. Tried not to be much nervous and anxious
    3 Biggest takeaways:
    1. Some days I can sleep for long (So Not a Must to wake up early everyday) if I'm very much Tired as it will provide relief to my body
    2. My Hardwork will pay off
    3. Stay positive. Everything will be fine. ❤

    - inconsistent results stem from not visualising the ideal self - take on the ideal self identity
    - I refuse to step into that version of reality - decide
    - identify when I feel unworthy and self sabotage

    - not needing external validation to keep taking action
    - more focused and focus on goals instead of flaws/limitations
    - more calm and grounded

    Day 48
    Got a Groupon massage. Felt empathy for the masseuse and heard her feelings and held space. Was polite and hospitable to her in light of her losing some money and having some challenges at work/tired and rough situations.
    I did a lot of self focusing to let go of some baggage.
    I also meditated for a bit earlier in the morning.
    Moved my resume business for tomorrow.
    Takeaways
    Everyone's got a story. Almost everyone has some situation that they are dealing with or something they have to handle | responsibility.
    Letting go is deep.
    The universe is a very very very big place.

    Day 35:
    4 biggest wins:
    •today many time my old-self thought patterns come for me to holding back.but today instead of fighting with those thoughts I just accept them fully without labeling and surrender them then just observe those thoughts and feelings without resist them
    •i grateful to think that I know this thoughts patterns again came tomorrow but now I know how to deal with them. now I have the time to focus on what is wanted
    •today I don't worry about anything when I start to worry I just observe them and fully surrender them
    •i start to gaining fully clarity of who I need to become for effortlessly achieving my goals
    Biggest takeaways:
    •every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction so don't resist anything just accept them for now
    • challenges is opportunity by God for becoming better
