Oooo no no noooooo Saaaar! Just boil them noodles plain and drain the excess water. Then mix that sauce with them and enjoyyy fir only you will feel the spice🙂thats how it is actually cooked in Korea. All the noodles that have liquid sauce in them. Boil them plain first.

Honestly tho, you should consult a psychologist/psychiatrist, Sarah and all of us, her audience would wish you well, but we’re not the professionals here. Therapy, medications, mindfulness help.
