I know traditionally i think the ginger is usually eaten last after all the fish an stuff but have you ever tried putting a little wasabi and ginger on the sushi an then dip it into the sauce? I find it really good that way with the california roll and the philly roll , i love the caviar on the spicey crab or shrimp rolls, also soft shell crab sushi is also amazing

I have a question for Crunchmom and Crunchdad: are seaweed sheets and nori the same thing? sometimes I have seen nori sheets that are easy to tear, and sometimes I have had sushi roles but the seaweed that separates the rice from the filling was so chewy. 😣 Can you tell me the difference, and what should I be looking for when I want to buy it.
