I just stepped into a new Director role. My nursing unit closed and I stepped into a completely different career direction. Definitely a promotion and I never saw this coming!! It is a whole new direction and I am moving up. I am so excited and I had been so sad at the loss of my nursing unit closing. When one door closes...........my god!!!
