Ketu in 5th...I lost 6 precious years of my life over my ex-lover. Once I decided to get into the mentality of "chhad yar nahi labheya os vallo pyar na sahi, hor bathera kujh rkheya zindagi cho"... You tell whatever about ketu in 10th house it's not correct because we also see how many planetary aspects on that house which planet currently transit which nakshatra is there and dispositor of that house in which place so many things we are see.
Well... predicting anything by just keeping any single planet or house or sign solely will end up giving a very misleading guidance. Hence keeping all other aspects i.e. planet, sign, degree, conjunction, aspects, retro, nakshatra, dasha etc are added to layers to read a planet in a individual chart as an whole. Isn't it obvious? He's just stating things based on general possibilities on a blank chart with ketu as sole planet. Add other layers to it, one can read a chart deeper and more precise.

अरे भाई जो आप बता रहे हो वोह राहु के बारे मे है।रही बात केतु की तो वोह जहा बैठा होगा उस भाव की चीज़ों के बारे मे जितना टेंशन लेता है। वोह चीज़ें इंसान से उतना दूर होती हैं। इसलिए इंसान को उस भाव से रिलेटेड चीजों के बारे जायदा चिंतित नही होना चाहिए उलटा उन चीज़ों से लगाव खतम करना चाहिए।अगर लगाव होगा तो boh चीज इंसान से दूर हो जायगी।चाहे वोह जॉब हो या money।
