Holy moly, that is the fizziest I've ever seen one! I tried it and got no fizz, but it wasn't FMU. Maybe I'll have to re-take.

Danielle, you should view mine. It was a boy result and I have a boy. It fizzed so much.
I did this test while pregnant with my son and it fizzed as well, but not that much. I am thinking it was a lot of baking soda in yours to cause that much fizz. I did one teaspoon. My sister in law had a girl and this test fizzed for her too. It is just fun to do these old wives tales tests. :) My cousin swears by the Draino crystals test, she says it works every time.

what's the correct ratio - how much for baking soda & for the urine ? how many weeks do you need to have a test ? is it required to have a Newly opened box of baking soda? thanks !
every time I take it it foams up a lot. I already have 2 girls so I don't know what to believe.

Please I have watched about 7 of these videos and tried finding videos after they had the baby to see if the test was right so far it has been right for two people I found did you end up having a boy!? Does anyone think that this does actually work?

test was right for me... no fizz and im almost 23 weeks with a girl... although ive never actually seen anyones fizz...

I've done the baking gender test more than 5 times lol... And it's given me the same result. No fizz at all. Will find out on Monday

That's a funny way to predict the gender,obviously it isn't an accurate way to know what you're having but i'm gonna try it out for fun (i'm 15 weeks pregnant) :)

Disregard my previous comment. Anyway, I tried this baking powder gender test and it got me a boy result because it fizzes. So yeah guess it's true. Thank God it's a baby boy, I just delivered 21 days ago :-)

my wife did this test ,too it fizzled like we are having boy, but scan confirmed it is a girl. Ha ha, it is wrong.

i hope you got a boy. my parents tried 5 times to have a boy. nope. no luck for them, 5 girls instead. and they have neighbors with 4 boys. life...

update: i did this test twice and got excited as it predicted a girl,but i got another gorgeous boy. couldn't be happier, and wouldn't change him for a girl. he's 8 weeks now.
