Nj te achi since 2018, this state lacks housing inventory, property tax is the highest in the country & cost of home plus living will vary based on where you choose to live in the state, we lived in a nice area of Bergen County earlier and couldn’t afford to buy a nice home due to lack of inventory so we moved to central Jersey in Plainsboro area, it has one of the best school district in the state and again we ran into a situation with lack of inventory & inflated housing price, since we didn’t have children yet, we opted to go with an average school district for the time being with hope of moving to a better area once we have children who will be old enough to be in middle school in a few yrs down the line while counting on home equity 🤞

আমার ছেলে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে শিক্ষা ও গবেষণা IER থেকে অনার্স সহ master's শেষ করেছে এখন সে আমেরিকায় এই subject এ পড়তে। আসলে job opportunity কেমন হবে এই subject. এ master's করার। পর PhD করার সু্যোগ। কতটুকু আছে জানাবেন please
