Surprise evening swimbait bite from shore at my local pond.

On my way home from work I pass by this pond, and I see people fishing it all the time. With nothing to lose, and a few minutes to kill, I sometimes stop and take an hour to toss a swimbait around. I don't ever expect much to happen, but tonight my luck changed, and I found out there are fish swimming around in there big enough to chomp an 8" paddle tail.
