A tip use blue latex gloves when u take off glass and when u put it back that way no fingerprints on top or bottom of glass

QQ - How do you level the back legs of one of your pins that are close together in a line up using that cart?

I am constantly crawling under the pins and I use my back to raise the rear of the machine and spin the levelers. Most of my games are on carpet sliders so I can easily move them out. I like to level them in place just in case the floor / carpet is compacted under the pin. Not really high tech but it works.
I have a TMNT stern pinbal machine. My playfield is level but the bubble level that comes with the machine located by the plunger is not level unless the front legs are extended all the way out and the back legs are not extended at all. Yet I go to arcades and most of the stern machines I see, the back legs are always extended and the front never are. The bubble level on their machines is always off. Am I supposed to ignore that little bubble level and just make sure the playfield is level?
I always use the digital level. The bubble will give you a range but the digital level will get it spot on. For stern games, the fronts are almost completely screwed in and the back ones are screwed out about 80% of the leg leveler. If you do t have a digital level, the bubble will get you close.

I have a 1976 Bali Hai deal what should be the playing field degree angle? You said for modern games at 6.5° but for the 1976 game is it the same?
I checked with a couple of my friends and they said they typically will put games from that era at 6 1/2 to 7% as well. The games will play a little faster based on the angle. You just don’t wanna exceed too much of an angle, since the flippers tend to be a little under powered. I would recommend trying a couple different settings starting at about 6.5 or 6.6.
Thanks for video! I have same issue with my iPhone using an App so I just purchased that Husky digital level. I use my back to adjust the levelers - never knew there was such a thing as a pinball cart.
Question: where do you buy that Mylar sheet with the backing tape that peels off?
Harbor Freight has a pretty cheap cart that I use. You can modify it pretty easily too. I love the digital level too. Be sure to put some Mylar or some tape on the metal bottom so you don’t accidentally scratch the playfield.

Another aspect of a properly leveled pinball machine is even weight distribution on all 4 legs but I have yet to find anyone talk about, or demonstrate it in a tutorial.

Nice video... but who has a Pinball Cart? lol... I guess if you have as many pins as you do... It makes sense.
Totally understand. If it is just a few pins, beer is always a good motivator for friends to lift them 🤣. I will sometimes crawl under a pin and use my back to lift the pin off the floor to spin the leg levelers but probably not the best thing for you back. An extra set of hands is the best way to go if you don’t have a pinball cart.
