The easiest way to do this is to take a flat, thin piece of metal and slide it into the cuffs where they lock together. It will pick up the latch holding them shut and allow you to slip the latch back out without a key. I have had one too many bad experiences with the $1 handcuffs at Dollar stores when I was younger.

But you need a tortune bar (or something like that i cant remember) to be able to turn it like a key.
