Awesome Frito Corn Salad!!!

WOW! Today was busy busy busy! I spent the day working well.. at work then came home and took a bunch of pix for the new cookbook. Was on a call with the guys doing my website (yes redesigning it!!) and now now I finally got to relax lol. So here is a quick and simple BBQ recipe you guys will love! some Frito Corn Salad!!! These pesto turkey pinwheels are way different than the last ones you posted! 😮😋
This does look awesome! Will definitely try! I bet grilling corn on the cob to get those nice little caramelized char marks and then cutting them off for this would be even more 🤤🤤
