@@carukchannel cheers Lee, yeah seen you do it many times on your channel, couldn't see anything obvious on the unit itself and I was rushing, seen it afterwards on the cables themselves. Great work, stock starting to turn. As someone else mentioned, on the top don near that green light is a boost button - you need to press that to jump start
@@TonyM444 yes you're right 🙈 I've just managed to have a look and I can see a tiny black boost button on the clamp now. Wish id have realised sooner, could have saved me a lot of time and effort changing the battery 🔋 that's what you get for rushing around. Thanks Tony 👍
I'm a gooloo fan myself. But I also keep a old school Cat Jump starter power pack (£89 at Costco) for the cars that have totally dead batteries and need that continuous power to stop them turning off. It's a heavy old thing but very useful.
@@JC-hu1wd no, it's had it on a little while, I've driven the car 500+ miles with it on with no issues. I then paid a mapping place £220 to fix the issue, they cleared the code but it came back on and refused to refund me (previous video). They then told me it needed a vaporiser which they couldn't do so I've got it booked in at my mechanic on Wednesday to hopefully finally get it sorted.

You needed to press the boost button on the js2000 to start a dead battery with no voltage 👍👍

New Subsciber. On the side of the black plug in part with the cables is a Boost Button you need to press on the Topdon.

Was thinking clear the code on the cmax as you changed the battery. May be a quick fix.
