Actually the skip button is always there what actually happens is if you get a new unit and you press skip but there's a new unit it will still show the animation

And now im about to buy a new phone and im gonna start playing legends and first SSBE Vegeta just arrived and maybe i pull him the same way or pull him at all XD. The game shows you that you pulled a new sparking character for your collection, just look at the skip button, when you pull a sparking unit and the skip button is still on the screen, that means you already have this sparking unit, but when the skip button doesn’t appears, that means you got a new sparking unit for your character collection. Exemple: Vegeta SSGSS LF 32:36 the skip button is on the screen. Vegeta SSGSS Evolved 33:04 the skip button isn’t on the screen.
