The effects especially on the dragon ball units are overdone and I think the reason why not a lot of people like the game is because of little things like the GUI’s and sound effects not having a lot of effort put into them

I wouldn’t say AA was a cash grab because the only things you really spend money on is game passes, traits, and battle pass. The bigger flaw with AA was that it was repetitive and always did the same thing. That’s the bigger problem. But I would’ve still played AA just because of its graphics. ALS has an issue where it’s a good game but the graphics, sound effects, and even the maps are low effort. If they added more details then it would be better than AA. Game wise it’s fairly F2P and simple. ALS is still below AA because being more F2P doesn’t fix the issue that they put less effort into game design and effects. Not to mention no sound for the attacks. Even with its flaws, ALS is still a good alternative to AA. Though I wonder how soon it will be until it dies because of the same problem AA had, it was repetitive/ lost its creativity in the things you can do. Comparing AA to ALS, AA wins only because of its effects and sounds. It doesn’t win for being F2P and they tie for content in the game. Both of them are as stale as a dry loaf of bread. AA would have been a better game if they increased the mythic odds a little bit, because I never got one in the few months I played the game
