I'm in the middle of making a journal and made pockets for some of the pages but, didn't like how thin the paper is that I chose. I was going to scrap the idea and start another pocket idea. Now I don't have to scrap the pockets I have made already, I'm going to use your idea and sandwich the thin paper ones between the lam pouches. You saved me a whole lot of time making 18 new pockets. Ann, this is the perfect gift for my grandkids. They all like to read, aside from the youngest who is 2.5. Although I am sure he will follow in his brothers footsteps soon. I can imagine doing these personalized in a theme for a child’s bday party or as office gifts at the holidays etc. So clever and cute! I hope a novice like me can do it successfully cuz it’s quite fun looking. 🤞🙏
Really cute! I've been doing this to make shakers for the inside of my cards and found that if you cut the inside "card" just a bit short, you can run it right back through the laminator and seal it. Then you don't have to mess with the card over the top edge at the end.

Love it!!! You can use the pouch adhesive if you plan it right to seal the shaker bits. Just use a hair straightener with parchment for heat.

You can seal the end with straighteners too, so you can actually see where you are sealing :)
