phew! i was stressed along with you in this vlog but so glad everything went well with the surgery and fingers crossed for healing and an easy rehab! ❤
@@PersonalTriumph2022 we’re having a hard time; hes quiet without sedation and walks nicely for staff so they dont want to sedate him, but then blows up with me. Id like to think its bc hes comfortable enough to let me know hes frustrated and angry but he basically attacked me Monday; still getting kickback about sedation. Touching base with the vet next week for some backup on enforcing sedation. Its disheartening and is emotionally taxing 😔
@@andiee4163 oh I’m so sorry to hear that ! This whole process from start to finish is just so difficult! I am going through rehab for my horse’s suspensory ligament injury, he is still lame after months of hand walking, so very disheartening! I hope your horse makes a full recovery and that you are safe in the process !
@@PersonalTriumph2022 surgery was our only option left- if hes not improving by his 2 month check in, Ill have some tough decisions to make. He has other physical problems, and its so unfair to keep a 7yo cooped up for over a year 😔
Hope all goes well with him! Fingers crossed for a speedy as can be recovery.
