This is our first vlog of the year and we wanted to take you to an exclusive place in Odxel, Dona Paula. Raj Bar & Restaurant.
This place is getting a lot of attention and they are very busy serving their guests with super fresh fish. The preparations are spot on.
I met Shravan who is the owner and he mentioned about his mother cooking, frying the fish. No doubt that the reason their fish thali is exceptional and the curry is full of flavors.
We got a chance to taste GOBRO FISH - THE ROCK FISH as you call it in English and its one of the most tastiest fish I have come across.
Locals would surely know what I am talking about, rear to find.
We also tried the mussels or the Xinaino as the local call it and the taste and the preparation is just next level.
