I get you but...in this case, she didn’t kneed it right on the same spot that the bowl was placed. Plus I really don’t think that the bowl was directly on the ground and those tables get cleaned constantly because they’re always covered in flour and excess ingredients. Idk...this kitchen looks pretty clean and these workers look very disciplined and passionate. 👍🏻
