    nana kwame bediako, is the leader Ghana needs now. All your contributions synced with what N.K.B said about bringing in foreign experts for complex developmental projects.

    I worked in the Kasoa Bulk Supply Point as an expert.
    Surprisingly, Burkina Faso sent some of it's polytechnic students to learn one or two things.
    Sadly, no ghanaian institution thought it wise to send their students. Even cable jointers had to be brought in from Dubai and they were mostly Asians. I was the only black expert in the project. I had to abandon my job as a teacher to travel abroad. Worked night shift while attending classes during the day and reached that level in 15 years.
    So i was contracted by a foreign company to work there. But see, there were no ghanaians for me to transfer my knowledge to. Sad isn't it.
    Another sad thing is that Ghanaians are interested in doing what they've been doing even if it's wrong. We have a long way to go.

    Thanks for having the discussions, especially the guy with glasses really understands the nuances. If there is transfer of knowledge then this could be an amazing plan because this is how China built their tomato paste sector by inviting the Italians and learning from them.

    How could you guys wrestle with what cheddar said.My goodness. The meaning of what cheddar said is that he employed them to work for us like building industrial machines. We have not come to the point of building these industrial machines ourselves. So he brings these experts to build these machines for us. As educated as you guys are you can't understand his speech. You are here interpreting him wrongly to destroy people's minds. I'm disappointed in that lady. Is like she hates Nana kwame bediako our president

    I love the conversation and the analysis made. Nana Kwame Bediako seems to have the formular for Ghana. Now it is the time to demontage the campaign message of NPP and NDC. They have both failed. I hope, Nana Kwame Bediako aka. Cheddar receives at least 20 percent to dictate the president of the future Ghana where he would hold not less than three ministries to change Ghana. The New Force all the way!

    • @megadonmaster
      @megadonmaster หลายเดือนก่อน

      A President elect needs 50% + 1 votes to rule. Cheddar won’t get close to 10%. The best he and Alan can do is push the election into runoff. And we can guess which party these two will align to in a decider.

    How can these think cheddar wants foreigners to come and take our jobs away because he said he will bring foreign expert.

    Bringing it into your creative art space is where you have missed it, I guess so. To me , I feel he has a valid point, base on the context. He was answering a question concerning foreigners who comes to destroy our lands in sesrch of Gold. He then said he will arrest and make them work for Ghana. Following up he said, he could make good use of foreign expertise, and thats great !
    Please lets understand he didnt set the context but, the question did , and he was only responding to it, so it shouldn't be made a point of arguement that may end up discrediting him, though that might not be your intension. Your third panelist is very much on point. Foreigners don't just come, the GIPC law requires they employ not less than 20 ghanaians thus if coming as a body corporate.

    Canada, UK, USA, United Arab Emirates(Dubai) and many other prosperous nations didn't just develop solely on thier own. They imported expertise and they are still doing so. In Dubai, we have Indians, Pakistanis, Philippinos and us Africans working and making the system better. Why do you think all these countries from time to time open certain visa pathways for some professions? Kennedy Agyapong said the same thing. He even cited his steel factory as example that it is Indians who are building the structure.
    They have been doing these things for long and so it is only good that we tap in thier expertise as we gradually train our own or learn from them.

    But you guys have the best Engineers from Ghana based in the Uk why did he not work with them in his previous commercial projects. He can rather have locals with technical expertise go to Singapore and China to get the skills and come back to plough back into Ghana, especially with the Petronia city project, he can work with Nigerian engineers in the oil Industry as well. He will really create a huge unemployment gap if he follows that approach he is thinking of.
    I like Nana Kwame but his love for America and Europe clouds his decisions a lot. He is good as a property developer and businessman not a politician.
