Oh, I saw a girl add metallic waxes or paints just ever so lightly over the top in random spots and it looked amazing. She also did a dark green distressed one and a blue. I'm doing light brown and dark brown but can't wait to try this in many colors, especially adding bronze or copper 😊

Such a pretty cover again with that faux leather and suede. I have seen a tutorial years and years ago we’re they used glycerine in stead of hair conditioner. At that time that was hard to get over here in the Netherlands, wish I knew you can also use hair conditioner😂
Love your way off binding with elastics but when you fill up such bigger journals do the elastic hold well?

Thank you, I wouldn’t fill it up too much not sure how much it could hold, I am new at using the elastic binding. I think the eyelets will help strengthen it, I also have a video using beads to bind with the elastic. I will post the link here. Hope this helps. You have a great weekend as well. 😊

Thank you, I just cut the elastic longer than I thought I would need no measurement, then I just cut off the extra after I tied it. Hope this helps. Happy crafting. 😊
I wonder if the hair conditioner would make the ink fade over time, since hair conditioner is acidic.

I love this affect, but I use the brown packaging from Amazon shipments. They're easier on your hands because they're thinner, and I have a lot of nerve damage.

Is the swaid with or without mod podge ? It looks like mate mod podge.
