Southbound I-39 from milemarker 106 to milemarker 84, this driver was just tailgating everyone and running that left lane even when not passing someone or near an on or off ramp. Yeah, Punjab Express Tractor #444 decided he'd jump in front of a semi going 76 m.p.h. while he was going 65 m.p.h.
