Sure beats a FEMA trailer in many cases.👍 Homeowners should ask their insurance companies if they'll cover the cost of buying one of these units vs. paying for a hotel room/apartment while their home is being repaired or rebuilt.
I think you might get more interest if you show the house first and let the features sell the house for you instead of pitching the house to your viewers. I felt like I just walked onto a used car lot. I'm not trying to be mean, but I'm letting you know from a viewer's perspective. It didn't engage me, and I quit watching, even though I will probably buy a tiny house as a second home.
The decorating is gorgeous, I wish Palm Coast Florida would let us have this on our property. I would use it as a guest house/quilt room much more space than what I have now inside. Thanks Randy and Amanda you both are the best!
I am going to show this to my son and see what he thinks.. my adult children were concerned where I would be able to stay as I got older, as I refuse to go into a nursing home. each of them have offered to make a spot on their own properties and I would plug in and water up there with them and stay independantly living. I am in my 60's and it is getting closer. I currently live on the ourskirts of a city, and I need to be out in nature as I age. as soon as we crunch the nubers, we will be giving you a call. God Bless you all and your staff, for helping people like me and my cronies a choice and the dignity of a more independant choice.
I would put a fridge where the washer and dryer should be and put a combo washer and dryer under the counter..put on demand water heater under the sink and use the upper part as kitchen cabinet since storage is limited..also put a cabinet on wall...I could really make this an adorable doll house or make it a cabin style..endless possibilities at a low cost... The loft is also a good storage place...put a comfy couch and I'm good...I love sleeping on a couch or get a sleeper couch...I keep eyeballing one of the corners for a small wood burning stove...
Great idea and on the outside put awning on windows. It would make it a cute cottage. The house I live in has them because it is a very old house. I love the look❤
Melody, just when I've seen your best decorating in past videos, you go out and take it to another level! This house is gorgeous!! Just awesome, pure awesomeness.
You know what would be cool? If you made the loft motorized so it could be raised and lowered for sleeping. I know it would raise the price, but by how much? It would make that loft so usable without need for a ladder or anything. Great for older and/or differently able folks. 💖
That is a good deal and Donna has decorated it so beautifully. I would buy this in a New York minute.I am not that old but had an accident that makes my mobility limited. This would be great for me considering the lower amount of house keeping. The loft would be no good for me to sleesellykp in, so at this point I couldn’t buy one of these homes . It would be a reason I couldn’t have a Murphy bed because of lifting it down and😮 u lifting the pull out coach would too hard. I would get someone to put a bed that lowers and goes back up. That’s part of the DIY. Get it to suit your. Put would mmmgfxh 😮
Randy and Amanda, this is the solution for so many flood victims. I hope they find out about this deal from someone watching. Mountain City folks need to know about this. Could you let Becky of HIllbilly Kitchen channel know about these. She has kin there and is asking folks to help out. She is in New Tazwell and has a wonderful cooking channel on TH-cam. She comes from North Carolina, but lives in Tennessee now. I appreciate all you have been doing to help your customers. I hope someone with deep pockets see this opportunity to give as many of these tiny homes to folks in need. I wish that was me. God bless you both.
Still my fav since the first time I saw one way back when. Put a combo washer/dryer beneath the counter overhang. I would use a daybed and put pillows along the back to make it a sofa during the day. Great sized shower. Love the full length drapes makes it look very elegant. Wow. And I must say how awesome Ace looks. Good Boy!!!
The combo washer dryers have been said to take forever to do laundry. Better to just get an apartment size stackable to put where the tank is and swap it out for a tankless water heater.
Hey, I don't know if you're aware but, Ontario has made the new legal size for a structure 10x16, without a permit. You're "house" is perfect! Same square footage. If you can sell to residents of Ontario, Canada. And your price is on point. Great job! I love it. Thank you. I'm going to spread the word, because I believe in your product. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Just remember that their quoting a US price so I don't know about taxes. There is also transportation prices. What I've seen built in Canada it would be worth it. This is a 20' long also
I love the unfinished sheds. I've finished them for so many people and they love them. No need to spend $18,000.00 when you get something much less expensive and finish it off and certify. If you're not lazy, it's the best way to go.
Are the unfinished sheds on trailers and ANSI certified as an RV? This is a big advantage in some areas that do not allow tiny homes. RVs are more accepted.
Thank you, Mr Jones & Ms Hayes, for over-viewing the IncredABox/IncredIBox again. I'm in love with them! 🥰 Very well designed. SO much potential for DIYers. The little lofts are so cute and useful! AND I love the AddABox concept. Since I've started watching ITH, I've also checked out other tiny house builders in other states. Haven't found anyone who has a model as low as you do. The lowest I've found is $30,000. I know you don't make much money on them but I hope you don't stop building them. I guess you're going to run through the remaining panels and then the lowest model will be the one with the new panels and a little more than $18,000. Gorgeous staging in this one! 😍 WOW, can't beat the help with researching what sites would be available in a town. So very needed. 💛
It amazed me how cute and the decorating puts it over the top. I wouldn't want to sleep upstairs but a fold out or daybed in the living room would be great.
Agreed….maybe a Murphy bed in the living room…they make them now where it’s like a couch during the day with the bookcase on either side…then you pull down the Murphy bed and the couch folds up underneath the bed. Super cool! So you’re not sleeping on a sofa bed…a real actual mattress.
They also sell small wall mount washers that spin most of the water out, then hang them in the shower to dry using the retractable clothes line that you see in hotels.
Such a little beauty! I would love to buy one…only I’m in Australia🤔. This design is a life saver. You are such kind and genuine people…congratulations … mission accomplished. ❤
Hmmm. Ditch that counter overhang and put in a stove. Put a tankless hot water heater under the sink and put a fridge where the regular hot water is now. I would make the loft the sleeping area. Works for me!
We have an early 70’s mobile home 14 X 70 and did a complete remodel . We love that little place. It’s close to a lake which is why we bought it as a summer home. Now we rent it out for vacations. When it was built they installed some outlets about 30” from the floor in some rooms. They are the handiest outlets for desks, TV cabinets and nite tables. Not everyone can stoop to the floor as they get older. BTW, Air Streams are so much more expensive than your homes. Love your homes. Amazing how people scoffed at small mobile homes years back and now they are a thing. Kicking ourselves for not jumping on our idea years back to renovate them. They were really cheap 10 years ago and no one wanted them. They are extremely practical.
Some insurance companies will give you a check to live on while the home is being repaired or rebuilt. Buy this from Randy to live in and afterwards you can do whatever you want with it. She-shed, office, guest room, AirBNB, hangout room, mother-in-law suite….etc.
Can you put two of these side by side with 8 ft. Between and glass it in like a extra room between? One of the houses would only have a bathroom and open the rest of the way?
❤BEAUTIFUL ❤ as always..I live in Lenoir about a 30 minute drive from Boone NC...where everything was torn up by the storm...I would love this I'm retired an it would be perfect for me.. Again awesome job..love it❤😊

I am not. and he would come and see me and swap put my seasonal stuff to the lofts. . I am saving for a nice property and planning my retired lifer. I Love this one.
Some white stucco flex and blue trim and shutters, and door, would look nice on the house side, and either wallpaper, or shiplap on the inside to give a beachy Santorini (Greece) feel to it. So many ways to doll it up. A nice size if you want to tow it around the country, and visit everywhere you want to go, Grand Canyon, Lake Tahoe, the 5 Great National Parks in Southern Utah, Four Corners, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, The Devils Tower (Wyoming - in the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind"), Mount Rushmore and the west coast, Seatle, all the way down to Southern California. I would put some upper cabinets in the kitchen to use as a pantry. A retractable screen door with be nice as well. One of the reasons I like that wedge roof, is that it would have better airflow while towing. It would be easy to tow and fit in many RV spots. It can be a hybrid, travel like an RV, but live in it like a Tiny House. I would like to do a bump out on the Livingroom end, put a credenza for storage and a place to put a 4 ft. artificial Christmas Tree during the holidays. Maybe an outdoor plug up near the roof line for holiday lights.
I love this tiny and the concept of the add-a-box. I only wish y'all would offer it in a 10x20. That would be the perfect starting tiny for add-a-box expansions!
Looks fantastic!!! Great job Melanie !!! You could put a day bed/ sofa by day. Trundle bed is a great idea too, if you have a guest stay over occasionally. Donna has a great solution too, sofa bed. So my options. What a great deal. THANK YOU Randy & Amanda for giving people all affordable opportunities to own a beautiful home. Love you guys !!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🤗🥰

That is absolutely beautiful!! Great job staging Melody, and thank you Randy and Amanda for once again hitting it out of the ballpark park!❤❤ Much love from New Hampshire.
I lived in Tennessee for eight years. It’s known as the volunteer state. With that being said can you please tell me how many people you have donated to from your profits? You know the people that became homeless recently due to hurricane Milton etc.?
You would have to nix that art work and that electric fireplace and put a floor to ceiling cabinet in there. And probably have storage under that sofa somehow. Where is the fridge and where to store a weeks worth of food?
I call that home the tank your not gonna have to worry about this house . It’s built to last . I’ve often thought the same thing.
YES, great suggestion. After your house is done, you will still have this tiny house. WIN WIN. ❤️👏🏾👏🏾
Melody did a Fabulous job decorating. Ps. Ace is as CUTE as always. 🥰
This is what we need all over the world with the way things are these days
Ok duh so you bath when it rains and poop and pee in a trash can got you

This is gorgeous, and the price is outstanding !!!!
Less than a car.
This is crazy….you can barely buy a quality used car for under 20K anymore. Amazing. And the decorating makes all the difference! Beautiful.

We’ve done that for a custom build before
More expensive but doable 😊
that is a great idea!!!
Cost. They make all kinds modifications but these are meant to be low cost highest quality possible in the price under 23 with trailer and mini split

I thought the same about the daybed.
Her furniture, is what makes this tiny home so beautyfull. Watching from Germany.
I like the idea of one for"living" and one for craft storage and workshop, with a porch in between. Instant dog trot.
Assistance on where to put the damn thing is priceless in itself!
At least 26 states allow tiny homes now, some with restrictions, or ADU's which these can be on skids, then placed on a foundation upon delivery.

Id agree
That mattress would have to be awfully thin
Beautiful home and such a cute pup.
I can't believe how much furniture Melody has in the living room. I would definitely have a pull out coach and be as happy as a clam.

Some insurance companies will give you a check to live on while the home is being repaired or rebuilt. Buy this from Randy to live in and afterwards you can do whatever you want with it. She-shed, office, guest room, AirBNB, hangout room, mother-in-law suite….etc.
Randy, your Heaven sent, only thing missing is closet space and somewhere to store clothes, shoes Etc.
Ikea has really nice closets in different sizes to place wherever you want.

Some white stucco flex and blue trim and shutters, and door, would look nice on the house side, and either wallpaper, or shiplap on the inside to give a beachy Santorini (Greece) feel to it.
