  • On Day 4 of our Crossing Newfoundland By ATV trip we left the River front Chalets on a beautiful morning and headed towards Deer Lake where we would be staying for the night. this ride was packed with scenery (as is normal for this trip) and we made several stops at some very cool places. Those included the Granite quarry where we had lunch, the Gaff Topsail, Kittys Brook, two dams near Deer Lake and much more. IT was another awesome ride day to say the leas
It was an epic 9-day adventure (2 travel days and 7 riding days). The ride started in Argentia and finished in Port Aux Basques. It took us 1131 Km through some of the most beautiful countryside with frequent stops in the most scenic spots along the T'Railway Provincial Park.
For any avid ATV or Side by Side rider this should be at the top of your bucket list for riding in Canada!
This is 4 of 9 in the series of videos documenting our entire trip. There are also over 500 photos available for viewing on my website at:

Great video, would be easier to communicate if you guys had the wireless helmet communication - I bought two for my wife and I and my brother has a couple for his helmets - lets you communicate with your group, answer your phone, listen to music - they are great. Great video, looked like you guys were having fun

Several riders in our group actually had the headsets. I have two sets, lost one out riding last Winter and just stopped using them :) To be honest, with the speed (not a lot) you do this trip it's not that hard for a group to stay together.

Sure has grown up a lot since we were through in June 2003 seems like a lot more off trails it’s too bad that people drive through the rivers books and on the beaches it really is a unique place and very picturesque I would highly recommend the trip but be kind to the environment

🤣like the GoPro comments. I went through two GoPro cams....never again. Both failed. Over priced and overhyped. Got a Sony FDRX3000. four years and still going strong.

I don't mind the GoPro's. Hade a bunch of "issues" with the GP 9 but resolved with firmware upgrade and switching to Samsung memory cards. Have a GP11 now as well and it has some really nice features that I'm liking. The audio issues I had on the NL trip weren't GoPro issues, they were with the crappy external microphone I bought... You get what you pay for :)
