try toasted kale rub with olive oil sprinkle with grated cheese a little bit of salt place on a cookie sheet in pre heated at 350 for 15 to 30minutes depending on how crunchy you want them
I go to my local Turkish nut shop to buy freshly hot roasted Kofali unsalted nut, I then make a chocolate cluster nut using 100% melted chocolate chip adding liquid stevia and keto sweeteners. I also bake peanut butter cookies using 100% peanut butter, almond flour and keto sweetener, I make all of my snacks and food at home. If I am caught short then the only take out I buy is Turkish kebabs served with bulgar wheat and load of salad. I reversed my diabetes under five months so if anyone lives in the UK 🇬🇧 looking for inspiration I can give some good reference point for affordable healthy food.

Very interesting am already eating the 🥒 Anda dip with Greek yogurt carrots 🥕. . My lunch will be 1 boiled egg and a small sweet potatoes 🥔 and a tossed salad aside of 🧀, my dietician are moving a bit slow so I am happy with your teaching thanks very much will drink black tea or 💧 hope am on the right track ✅️
What a wonderfully helpful video this is! So practical! I’ve heard though that even Almond flour can spike blood sugar as grinding food is not as protective as eating it whole. Would love to know if others have found this to be the case or otherwise.

What's the deal with net carbs? You see that everywhere. My dietitian and I think it's just another thing for people to buy into. I don't get it. My Dr just has me check total carbs and we account for every one of them
How about the people who has low blood sugar how about talking about that it's easy to lower your blood sugar trying to get your blood sugar back up from being in the 50s you need something to bring it up

Total carbs minus fiber. Fiber isn’t digested by your body but counted in total carbs.

If your dietician doesn't know about net carbs, I'd suggest you find a new one. Or better yet, just do some self-education on the internet.
