Well they are only looking at the share price growth and p/e but what about Dividends ? People like warren buffet has created enough wealth with dividends on a high yield on cost while buying Cole for example. Increasing Dividends should be considered in the analysis for the returns too.

Ajay bhai i hv a point here why are V assuming the market size of paint industry to remain same. I understand that per capita consumption is to increase multi-fold then all these new companies will be in a position to do well. The company like Asian paint will hv enough space to further go GOOD to Great.
Paint industry growth is yearly 10 % annual cagr...
sir....PE is low below 25 along with historical PE but price to book ratio is above 5 ...is it still costly stock
Price to book is irrelevant for IT stocks and other service based businesses
