Seohyun is the only member whose voiced has morphed through the years. Her voice sounds different from debut to "The Boys" era. All the others just stayed the same from debut to present.
I've never noticed how often she's paired up with Hyo. I think bc her tone is so smooth and pleasant and Hyo's is very distinctive it was to balance it out.
Seohyun really have her shares of being in the last of line distributions too on few of their songs, but she's always working on the background/harmonies as well....and she really deserves it every time she got most of the lines or at least part of top 3 ♥️
I feel like people always forget that she’s SNSD’s second best vocalist after Taeyeon, including SM (except in the early days I think Jessica was better and Seohyun was still very young)

I think jessica was better up until gee/hoot era, but after those times, seohyun improved since she debuted at 14 (your voice at 14 is not really the same as when youre 18), the TTS subgroup was formed and seohyun has been singing on musicals, making her much more trained than jessica. Specially now that seohyun started her solo activities and jessica's singing career is not as active than it was when she was still on SNSD. I don't think their difference in their singing skill is very far apart, but I think seohyun is a little better than jessica. Also I think seohyun's skill is way far than that of tiffany's. you can check out kpop vocal analysis on how they gauged their vocal skills.
